Nachos Deluxe - Inspired by the St. Regis Restaurant
Recently I was in a meeting at St. Regis restaurant. Because we booked off their lounge, the restaurant prepared a delicious treat for us. This is my take on this nachos:
You'll need
1. A bag of nachos
2. 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
3. Some white wine
4. 1 tomato
5. 2 green onions
6. Pitted black olives to taste
How to assemble:
1. Chop up the tomatoes and green onions, and mix it with a handful of olives. Set aside
2. Melt the cheese in a sauce pan over low heat. Add a bit of white wine to it so it'll be easier to pour late.
3. Lightly toast the nachos in oven
4. On a large dish, put a bed of nachos, and pour some cheese melt on it. Sprinkle the tomatoes, green onions, and olives on top. Repeat until you get three layers.
The dish is now ready to serve.
St. Regis also created two sauces for the nachos. I'll share them in the next post
